Thank you so much for volunteering to coach. Pennsylvania State Laws and EPYSA require that all volunteers must complete the information below before being allowed to work with children.
Please turn in all certificates at one time to the Club Registrar or Club President before your first practice. If you have already completed any of these for another club, sport or school district, the clearances are portable and you will to supply the Myerstown Soccer Club with a copy.
Free for Volunteers - Minimum of 14 days for approval, but possibly longer. Have to renew every 5 years. (Required for any Volunteer Coaches Over the Age of 17)
Free for Volunteers - Usually instant approval. Have to renew every 5 years. (Required for any Volunteer Coaches Over the Age of 17)
Free for Volunteers - Have to renew every year.
Free for Volunteers - 30 minutes to complete. Have to renew every year.
If you have been a continuous resident PA for the last 10 years. volunteers must swear or affirm in writing that they have no other convictions that would disqualify them.
If you have not continuously lived in PA for 10+ years you must do fingerprints.
Need certificate or affirmation document turned in to Club President
Cost: $22.60. Time: About 3 weeks for approval. You will need to register online first and then go get fingerprinted at an approved location. Have to renew every 5 years.
