1. Club name and representative's name
2. Division
3. Game number, located on left side of schedule
4. Home team ID (ex. FLE-071)

6. Away team ID (ex. FLE-071)
7. Away team score
8. Please add if the referee was at your game. This can simply be done with a yes or no following the away team score.
* It is very important and helpful to list the home team first.
-
All scores MUST be reported by 9:00 PM Monday evening. If scores are not reported by this time the club will be fined $25.00 per missing score.
Procedures for postponing or changing a field/game time:
- All games must be postponed through the home team's field commissioner. Our field commissioner is:

Rescheduling games is very difficult. Please postpone games only if absolutely necessary. Our club’s philosophy is that we play soccer in inclement weather, as long as it’s not lightning. Per Berks league rules, a1l games will be played as scheduled with the only exceptions being for weather and field conditions. Games postponed for reasons other than those listed above are subject to a $150 fine in the Travel division, a $50 fine in the Recreation division.
- Saturday games must be called off to the league by 8:00 a.m. If you are concerned about the field conditions or weather, be sure to contact Rob between 7:00 and 7:30 am on Saturday to discuss postponing your game. As a courtesy, be sure to call the opposing coach to let them know that the game has been postponed.
- Sunday games must be called off to the league by 10:00 a.m. If you are concerned about the field conditions or weather, be sure to contact Rob between 8:00 am and 9:00 am on Sunday morning to discuss postponing your game. Rob won’t be available between 9:00 am and 10:00 am on Sunday to postpone Sunday games. As a courtesy, be sure to call the opposing coach to let them know the game has been postponed.
- Any game not postponed prior to those times set for Saturday and Sunday games will be left to the discretion of the referee assigned to that game. If the referee decides that the field is not playable, he is to be paid 1/2 fee.
Rescheduling Games:
- All rainouts should be made up or rescheduled through your field commissioner (Rob Schaeffer) within two weeks. To reschedule a game, contact the opposing coach to find a mutually acceptable date/time to reschedule the game. Try and schedule it after another Berks-team’s home game so that the referee doing that game could possibly do your makeup game as well. Once you and the other coach have a date and time worked out, e-mail the information to Rob Schaeffer, and he will process it through the league.
